Case Study
Infobip: Quality Standards
Problem
A multi-team UI ecosystem needs more than reusable components. It also needs shared expectations for accessibility, consistency, and system quality, otherwise the same foundation still produces uneven results.
Process
I helped establish quality checkpoints around major surfaces, with a strong focus on accessibility and consistent implementation. That meant using the shared foundation as a baseline, then reinforcing how teams should validate and apply it in real product work.
Solution + Outcome
The result was a stronger quality bar across the ecosystem. Teams had clearer guidance, design debt was easier to contain, and the shared system became more trustworthy as a basis for scaled frontend work.
