Infobip: Design Token Mapping
Problem
Generative UI only becomes useful at scale if the output respects the same rules as the production system. Without token awareness, generated layouts drift quickly on typography, spacing, color roles, and component states.
Process
I mapped complex design tokens to dynamic layouts so generated UI could inherit the same structural logic as hand-built product surfaces. That meant translating semantic roles into consistent typography, spacing, color usage, and component behavior instead of treating generation like isolated styling.
Solution + Outcome
The outcome was a more trustworthy generative workflow: prototypes stayed aligned with Infobip design-system standards, manual cleanup dropped, and the distance between generated output and production-ready UI became much smaller.
